This class is geared toward riders who want to advance their horsemanship. It is an intermediate class focusing more closely on simple maneuvers which are often difficult to master, such as side passing, backing and speed control. We begin with introductory ground work and move into the saddle on the first day, covering the beginnings of a side pass, back and speed transitions. The following day we start in the saddle and move directly into a review of our previous day’s lesson, working more in depth on body control and spook management.
