Troubled Horses (Problem Horses)

Troubled horses are horses that have developed negative behavior patterns. Most problems we have with horses are man made, with rare exception. Often these problems come from mishandling or a lack of understanding of the horse. The bottom-line is a horse that is scared, resentful, confused, or all three. Their confusion comes out in many symptoms, from rearing, running off, bucking and host of other problems. We must look at what the causes are, not behavior modification. The minimum time I like to have these horses in 90 days. Although more time maybe needed to help the horse to become safe and comfortable.
